CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health, substance abuse, and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness.


Operating out of 23 sites – including three outpatient centers located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Montclair, ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices – our services are convenient to clients located throughout Northern New Jersey. We also provide educational programs on mental health-related topics to area schools and community groups.

Provides administrative and clerical support to management, staff and clients, as required and directed; answers phones, complies data into various Agency computer systems and prepares reports, as directed; prepares, processes and/or assists with billing (as may be assigned). Assures departmental goals and/or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities personally.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least two years of administrative experience
  • Insurance verification and medical billing experience required.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policy.
